We All Have a Story
My journey into therapy began through my own unexpected experience of panic attacks.
At the time, I was working as a fashion stylist and genuinely believed I was happy and fulfilled. I loved my career. Then, seemingly overnight, everything changed.
I began experiencing intense panic attacks that left me feeling shocked, frightened, and deeply unsettled. Suddenly, I became fearful of crowds, confined spaces, and situations that had never troubled me before. My world felt smaller. My confidence disappeared. Life, as I knew it, was turned upside down.
That experience gave me a profound understanding of what it feels like when your mind and body no longer feel safe – and how frightening it can be when anxiety appears to come “out of nowhere.”
It also became the catalyst for change.
Through therapy, self-discovery, and a deeper understanding of the mind-body connection, I found my way through it. That journey inspired me to retrain and dedicate my career to helping others do the same.

From Fashion Stylist to Therapist
At first glance, moving from fashion styling to therapy may seem like an unlikely transition.
In reality, both careers are deeply creative.
Creativity has always been central to who I am. Whether through painting, sculpture, writing, music—or therapy itself—the creative process often begins with an idea, feeling, thought, or experience that needs space to be explored.
Therapy, to me, is a creative collaboration.
Together, therapist and client explore patterns, test ideas, uncover themes, and make sense of experiences. By allowing the mind to wander without judgement or censorship, we create room for insight, self-expression, and discovery.
So often, positive therapeutic change begins there.
In a world full of expectations about what we should think, feel, or say, therapy offers a space where your thoughts can be heard, explored, and understood.
